12 day male patient followed with supracardiac total anomalous pulmonary venous connection (TAPVC) was admitted to our service after one of surgical repair .The extubation attempts failed three times because the atelectasis occurred in lungs. As conventional therapy improve Atelectasis, dornase alpha tested via intubation cannula . It avoided recurrence and discharged no oxygen
